Tadwick is our traditional English cheddar.  This cheese is sweet and sharp with a melt in your mouth texture.  Try it in your next grilled cheese sandwich, or melted on top of warm apple pie.

Pieces are cut to approximately 170g and are presented in cheese shop paper.

Milk: Unpasteurized cows’ milk
Age: minimum of 2 months
Rind: Natural
Style: Semi-firm
