Nailsea is a mild Gouda with a pleasantly smooth texture.  This buttery and velvety cheese has a fresh and light flavor, making it adaptable to many uses.

Pieces are cut to approximately 170g and are presented in cheese shop paper.

Milk: Unpasteurized cows’ milk
Age: minimum of 2 months
Rind: Natural
Style: Semi-firm
