Gillandsbeck is our goats’ milk cheddar.  This cheese is rich and creamy with a melt in your mouth texture.  Try it in your next grilled cheese sandwich, or melted on top of warm apple pie.

Pieces are cut to approximately 150g and are presented in cheese shop paper.

Milk: Unpasteurized goats’ milk
Age: minimum of 2 months
Rind: Natural
Style: Semi-firm
